Returns & Exchanges

At NEBBIA Canada, we want you to feel confident in your purchase and satisfied with your gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

This policy applies to all purchases made through nebbia.ca and shipped within Canada.


Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items.

Exchange eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping for exchanges:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.


Store Credit & Refunds

At this time, refunds are not our default option.

  • Approved returns are issued as exchanges or store credit
  • Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase

Refunds may be approved in certain situations, including:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect items sent
  • Exceptional cases where an exchange or store credit is not suitable

When approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund.

This includes:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Promotional or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)

Please review product details carefully before purchasing Final Sale items.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
In these cases, we cover all applicable shipping costs.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request an exchange, store credit, or refund consideration, please contact us at:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) in question
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.


Processing Time

  • Exchanges and store credit are processed once returned items are received and inspected
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
