NEBBIA Canada — Shipping Policy

Effective Date: March 1st, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through nebbia.ca and shipped within Canada.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays
  • During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada only, including Quebec.

Shipping to remote or rural areas may be subject to:

  • Longer delivery times
  • Additional shipping fees (if applicable)

Any applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Delivery location

Any promotions, flat-rate shipping, or free-shipping thresholds will be clearly communicated on the website at the time of purchase.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on location and carrier, but typical delivery timelines are:

  • Urban & major centres: 2–7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or factors outside our control.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbours or your building concierge
  • Contact the carrier directly for further details

NEBBIA Canada is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

NEBBIA Canada is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address

If an order is returned to us due to address issues, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at: info@nebbia.ca

We will assist with initiating a carrier investigation where applicable.
NEBBIA Canada is not responsible for delays once the order is in the carrier’s possession.


Shipping & Returns

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In these cases:

  • We cover all applicable shipping costs
  • A replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund will be arranged as appropriate
