Welcome to NEBBIA Canada (“NEBBIA Canada,” “we,” “us,” or “our“). These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms“) govern your access to and use of nebbia.ca and any related pages, features, and services we provide (collectively, the “Site“), including purchases made through our online store (the “Store“).
By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order through the Store, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (together, the “Agreement“). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

PART B — ONLINE STORE TERMS
8. Product Information & Availability
We strive to display products accurately; however, colours, fit, and appearance may vary by screen or device.
Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel that item or the entire order and issue a refund for the unavailable portion.
9. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
10. Taxes
Applicable federal and provincial sales taxes are calculated based on the shipping address and displayed at checkout.
11. Payment
We accept the payment methods presented at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment authorization fails or is reversed.
12. Order Confirmation & Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance.
Acceptance occurs when your order is shipped and a shipping confirmation is issued.
13. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada.
Additional shipping fees, longer delivery times, or carrier limitations may apply to remote or rural areas. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout where possible.

14. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict, the Returns Policy will prevail.
